Because of continued growth, we are looking for Lead Loading Dock and/or Automatic / Commercial / Industrial Door Technicians to join our team at our Mentor, OH location. This position will work with our apprentice and experienced technicians in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing automatic doors and other commercial door equipment. You will receive training from our manufacturers as well as on the job training and mentoring from our experienced technicians.

- Servicing of aforementioned industrial equipment
- Installing aforementioned industrial equipment
- Leading a daily jobsite crew
In Order To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to work at heights
- Prior experience troubleshooting, repairing, and/or installing commercial or residential door and/or dock equipment (4+ years)
- Welding skills with prior field service experience or electrical troubleshooting experience (4+ years)
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- DOT testing and physical is required
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job: ability to lift up to 75 pounds, ability to work outdoors, work on construction sites, and use of ladders, lifts, and prolonged standing.

Hourly pay is negotiable based upon experience.
